Post op is a good idea, as well as creating a stronger more effective patch BUT the repeat business from chronic pain sufferers should be the niche market that they concentrate most on. I have chronic back pain and hopefully will be able to purchase an Actipatch every month for the rest of my life. Steady growth from chronic pain suffers is what this company needs, desperately.
