I think you are on to something! It definitely is not dilution. Like you said, does not make any since at these levels. I think we are about to hear some major news in the next few weeks and or so and this is going to go crazy. 8k with material events should back all that up, and the next 10Q is going to be really fun. It all is falling into place if you ask me...soon as the first small ball drops, it's a major explosion higher.
