Why would Auctus force a default when it has every incentive (ie, all those warrants) to see XERI succeed? (If the SP goes way up, they can exercise the warrants and make many times the value of the loan. If the SP doesn't go over 9 cents, the warrants are worthless.)

And why would XERI offer Auctus 25 million warrants in order to get a measly 4-day extension?
