It took a time to find out the exact state number of each country so I multiply the average of 6 countries by 32 and add a formula for the management team who is good at arithmetic. haha

For simplicity, let's say there are only 5 cities in a state.
1141 × 5 =5,705
let's conservatively estimate there are only ten pharmacies and hospitals in a city.
5705 × 10 =57,050

243460/1141 states=$213

I don't know exactly how much they sell this for. $5 $10?? They seem to barely sell one per pharmacy/hospital for three months for as low as $5. This estimate even does not include the numerous websites spread around the world and Amazon.
