Logically the definitive statement regarding ZNOG board is as unprovable as the hypothesis Israel and the ministry is influential regarding what ZNOG gives the public.

Seems clear unbridled optimism that can not be, in a bullet proof way proven, is completely ruled out for updates by lawyers and/or ministry. Updates and information flow has changed and it in part surely is due to legal considerations.

Point is, you can not have it both ways.

On one hand it is definitely ZNOG and the board and yet no way Israel ministry is involved? Based on what exactly?

One guess is as good as another by your own criteria of judgment.
