Your reasoning tells me that the merger will take place...why do all that work not to file the 10Q on time? Why even pay to have a PR about the merger?? Sounds like all the formalities being checked over before final approval. There is a provision in the OTC Pink Current Status about mergers and acquisitions and about exemptions for late filings...just a thought.
