Because The Clowshow claimed they could nott afford FREE. So instead they granted themselves (____Ben, Rogerincchio, and LARRY) $3.5M of free stock totalling more than 25 percent f the common AS.

ROGEN was too expensive at FREE so The Clownshow gave themselves more than 25 percent of the common AS valued at $3.5 million at the time of grant. This scam is HILARIOUS!

So now they have _______Ben. And ROGEN, AARON, AURELIA, and JOHN R. FOXXX (DaFoxxInnaHenhaus) are G-O-N-E.

BTW, what is the it that AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ will loose (per your claim) if they stop publishing financials (other than bankruptcy-related)?? What does the company lose??
