Of course they say they are baseless. Ever read an SEC filing that lists s lawsuit against the company that DOESN’T say the claim is baseless?

One look at the chart makes it pretty hard to believe it is baseless. Plus the number of pivots from the original plan that was hyped gives the lawsuit more credibility.

Just months before they did the reverse merger Brian was asking for funding of $10 million dollars for a $30 million valuation. And then turns around and sells that same company product in exchange for BILLIONS of preferred B shares. Hyping the pps up with Billboards in time square!
His conference calls and shareholder letters sure did pump this.

Brian’s family money ran out - so I guess he can step away and let Brad give it a go.
