Jun An Kang Group Inc., formerly Interact Holdings Group Inc, was involved in the sales and distribution of "Green" products to residential builders and developers. Interact Holdings Group Inc. was the exclusive distributor of LUUMS LED products in the USA. Since September 20, 2021, the Company's name is Jun An Kang Group Inc. The company currently has no business operations and intends to seek, investigate and, if such investigation warrants, engage in a business combination with an entity whose business presents an opportunity for the Company's shareholders.
