Everyone settle down, take a few deep breaths to get more oxygen to your brain and relax, and consider the following progression ignoring the timing of events for a moment:

1. Dcvax-L phase 1 for safety and dosing is successful
2. DCVax-L phase 2/3 becomes phase 3 and meets endpoints
3. DCVax-L manufacturing facility built in Sawston
4. DCVax-L manufacturing in Sawston obtains certifications and waiting on last approval required to support treatment approval
5. Strong UK support for DCVax-L treatment availability with support of top UK/RA neurosurgeon and other colleagues
6. US Medical community and Al Musella support for DCVax-L
7. CRL capable and willing to manufacture DCVax if needed
8. Expectation of full Sawston approval this year
9. Expectation of UK approval decision within month(s) post 8

So putting aside the understandable frustrations of perceived endless delays in getting here and the constant barrage of flimsy negative narratives, the optimist in me sees this movie most likely having a happy ending!

No guarantees of course, as there can always be a plot twist or surprise turn, but I’ve seen enough movies to stay in the theatre until the end and enjoy the happy hallmark ending.
