Jeez! How many times do we have go over this same BS about the Retacell trademark? "Retacell" is registered in parts of Europe by various parties in different categories and XERI has obviously chosen not to create a global brand around that name. The important thing is that the Slovakian inventors who have spent 20+ years developing the formula and its many applications own the actual patents! Trademarks are secondary -- especially since they are not looking to sell their products directly to consumers but will be partnering and/or licensing it to large manufacturers like NNC.
