newflow, thank you. This is another great example of the potential we have with a few buckets of returns especially when a DST is in play. There is absolutely no doubt that a DST has been part of the plans from the get-go as shown in Amended POR 7 signed by the court on 2/23/2012.

Also, Big Money Players never want a huge amount of cash if they can turn it into shares, distributions, or other stock, and so on to avoid and control taxes to the legal extent they can.
