When you have no facts, confuse the court - NOT one mention in any OTC Mandatory Report or Legal Sign off from attorney on your non public "the dog sent the press release" deferral of responsibility.

The only facts that matter is the inside information pump and dump in March to May of 2021. You remember the one where DSCR sold $50,000,000 of stock promoting the DSC COIN stating it was backed by more than $100,000,000 in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Gold and SIlver.

The same one that netted DSCR $2,000,000 in UNREPORTED income.
