This has been Caveat Emptor for 11 months due to scammers. The company saw what was going on and did a 600m share move and CE was slapped on to stop them.

What is particularly troubling is the Pink Limited combined with Caveat Emptor. Through the process of elimination, one can conclude that OTC Markets booted DSCR due to a fraud investigation.

Perpetrators have been found and the investigation is still gathering evidence

Remember when the Twitter account was hacked?
Scammers used it to feed false press releases and one of the players had access to the OTCM to place the press releases and none of the press releases were signed or authorized by the company.

Scammers knew that forging a signature of a CEO is fraud & carries heavy penalties.



This company will never see delisting as said.

was never done by Discovery Minerals Ltd.
The perpetrators are still to this day trying to delist and put the blame on $DSCR

So far the SEC does not need to be contacted, only the cyber division of the FBI needs to be notified as per criminal activities henceforth by the perpetrators at large.
