Actually Lowman VP of opps owns 25% of ALL the issued and outstanding shares of RGNO>Secondly there really isnt MUCH difference at all with HMGGP and RGNO considering both are JUNIOR O and G players fairly new to the markets. Other similarities can be made for MANY junior OTC O and G players but a few crucial things that seperates RGNO from HMGP and even other otc O and G players is first off DEBT free!Second off which is of major importance NOW is that shares have been a MESS with FCNK and now RGNO and obviously if Friday was any indicator as well as being on and off naked short list with failire to deliver shares numerous times means someone or a group of people F'd up bad with playing with possible non existant,phantom,or shares that were borrowed and now which ever one NEED to be purchased back for new CERT reasons as well as so they dont get in any legal trouble with SEC or companies in general. I can say that on top of all that RGNOs CEO has been in the O and G business his WHOLE life and his father taught him the ways.Knowing that and believing CEO is looking out for us shareholders I feel that there are many bright days ahead for RGNO.I had recd HMGP also at .03 and liked them also.But to say there is a lack of similarities is completely false imo.Share structure isnt even much different when it comes down to it its a matter of demand.There has been some games that have been played holding RGNO back and dropping easier than it could go up until Friday when the magic began! IMO IF mms or whatever group still has 10s of mils to convert or purchase on open market we could easily be riding along side HMGP soon and not to mention when other wells online and possible acqs in the works. I can name off prolly a hundrerd junior O and G players and b/c of RGNOs "special" situation imo I am very HIGH on owning shares here now after withering what I think was the worst of the storms which was blatent manipulation on more than 1 occasion.All I can say is GL in whatever anyone does and decides but as for me I ll be here to find out.GL DF
