I guess I don’t understand the logic in adding more share. I have been expecting a reverse split for over a year. I have mixed ideas of how the reverse split is going to affect my position. As for GSPE continuing to issue 10-Q reports. I don’t think GSPE had much of a choice in this case. There was information in this release that had to be released at some point. I don’t know the time line on when GSPE would have to have released this info regarding the legality. For the shareholders to vote on board members and reverse splits. We would have to know what, who, and when. I can’t take away anything positive from this release. I’ve lost the little optimism I had.
