Market Makers have nothing to do with C shares which are sold directly from the company and unable to be traded. I suspect the call was about 5/10 and related matters or an uplist. Either way I think we will hear more on the topic of our manipulated stock after we are finally out of this embargo and quiet period.

The firm wouldn't want to announce their evidence unless there was buy in from regulators multiple of which would be involved with such matters. Usually if something was found it would be passed to those regulators which would take legal action themselves. I think that will be the ideal outcome given we don't have the cash on hand for expensive litigation.
