Please. I go on what I can validate by FACT.

The TA's JOB is to tally the number of shares given to it and see if they match the outstanding share total given by DBMM.

If they match, it's SIMPLE. No extra shares.

Apparently, they MATCH, because the DTCC SAYS they do.

FULL STOP.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
