Someone posted here that they spoke with them and future sale of Cs after “L” approval is for Direct trials. Looks like from another posting it will include adjuvants.

I doubt that is the case. One: After L's approval they will have no need of the C's as the share price will be multiples higher than today. Two: By then, they will have had the ASM and passed the AS, so again no need to use the C's. The C's can only have tp purposes IMO, 1) for short term funding while share price is low and the AS has not yet been passes, or 2) to provide a vehicle for a future partner with a special class of shares that might be useful for such a deal.
