Let me try again to explain this...

The question that you asked the TA was: "can you track naked short positions in OTCM companies like DBM*?"

I can answer that for you myself... of course not! That is not a TA's job and they would not have access to any data that would allow them to "track" naked short positions!

A question that would have received a useful answer would be:

"Would you know if there are more shares in brokerage accounts than are in the OS?"

The answer is YES, they would know.

"Are there"?

The answer is NO.

So are there counterfeit shares / NSS?

The answer is NO.

Reminds me of that old Pink Panther bit:

Inspector Clousseau sees a dog by a hotel clerk and asks the clerk if his dog bites? The clerk responds that it does not.

Clousseau proceeds to pet the dog and it snarls and practically tears off his arm.

He complains and that he was told that the clerk's dog didn’t bite.

The clerk responds "That's not MY dog!"

Ask the wrong question... get the wrong answer!
