Blankenship's second lawyer in a month exits the case because of non-payment (proving that Blankenship doesn't have a lawyer no matter what other false info is being peddled here). Blankenship is now broke and without a lawyer representing him. All the lawyers in the court case are now Sharp lawyers as Sharp's custodianship case continues with Sharp in a position of strength while Blankenship's motion to dismiss was denied by the judge.

Blankenship has few options for winning against Sharp since he's broke, his motion to dismiss was denied by the judge and his attorney just left the case for non-payment (his second lawyer in a month to leave after getting stiffed by Blankenship)
