Great reason why one should never give up!

I have a similar story.

Many years ago my husband and I were raking leaves and bagging them. I had gloves on and my engagement ring made the glove too tight. I took it off and put it in my pocket.

By the time we were finished it was getting dark. I went into the house and reached into my pocket to retrieve my ring AND IT WASN’T THERE!

It was too dark to go look for it so I told my husband to wake me up when he was getting ready to go to work at 6am.

He woke me up and I threw some clothes on. I was prepared to dump out about 25 bags of leaves to look for the ring.

In less than 5 minutes I was back in the house with the ring on my finger!

Something led me to a spot where there was a little clump of dirt. I moved it with my foot and voila!, the ring was there.

I immediately went back to bed!
