I spoke to TDA tonight at 7:30 pm about the distribution of AMC Preferred Equity shares.
The representative from TDA said APE shares would NOT be in my TDA account until August 24th!!!!! Communication from Adam Aron states APE shares should be in shareholders account end of business on Friday August 19 and shares will be traded on NYSE Monday August 22, 2022.
TDA representative said this information was coming from transfer agent. I asked who transfer agent was and he didn't have info. He suggested calling back in morning since there were no other representatives of authority. I will call both TDA and AMC on Friday morning to get clarification and communicate on the board.

If anyone has any info to collaborate this or if the dates of distribution have been changed and trading date Please post.
CONCERN- If APE is traded on Monday Aug 22 on NYSE and shareholders do not have APE shares reconciled to there account to have the option to trade that is MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ME!!!!!
(it is the principle of APE trading on Monday and AMC shareholders not have APE shares available....it's not matter of me actually trading....point clarification)
This is analogous to Robinhood turning off the buy button.....it opens the door for blatant manipulation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have been in contact with another AMC retail shareholder and they have collaborated the above info.
