So he'll have time to object, if he doesn't want people to see what's in in it. I have the feeling that in the end, that won't work for him.

In addition, we already have Judicial Watch's motion to unseal the documents, filed yesterday. Today, a judge ruled on it, saying the materials must be unsealed by Monday at 5 p.m.

However, the Court notes that:

The response may be filed ex parte and under seal as necessary to avoid disclosing matters already under seal. In that event, the Government shall file a redacted Response in the public record.

So one way or another, we'll be finding out a lot. The Trump people may try to get involved in the redactions, but the docs still have to be ready to go by late Monday.
