From the 10-Q it seems that management has a list of qualified investors who seem willing to give them millions of dollars to see us through approval. The C shares can only be converted at management's discretion and not sold to anyone else.

Would you buy such an illiquid asset unless you believed great results would be happening in a relatively short timeline? The amount sold, reported in the 10-Q, could have been acquired through simply buying common shares. So these are in fact angel investors who want to see the company funded directly through approval as that wouldn't occur if the investors purchased common shares. I feel good knowing we can continue to operate this company through the nobless oblige of others.

Regarding the amount being sold per individual investor, I think it's best to contact the firm to get an idea of how much they're seeking to raise. It makes no sense they would want to sell all 10M C shares now when in a few months the news about our trials success should be reported across many global news outlets. Some of the claims made here simply don't align with basic logic.
