A little naïve to think that there are many in this world who can just throw around $160 million dollars.
The language used when he obviously spoke to the company was based on the companies past experience with dealing with him individually and the knowledge of how many he has purchased in the past. The amounts obviously warranted the phrase "purchase as many as you want" knowing that this amount was inevitably small in comparison to the initial allotted amount of C shares for this particular offering, that amount obviously being 300,000.
Here is a statement from the company regarding this offering.
"As far as financing, we continue ( as we have done in the past) to always explore all options and do smaller amounts on an as needed basis."
Read it into it as you will but for me it is obvious.
