Think about it , no FINRA filings as Corporate Documents available to the public.

No broker sponsored documents are public. In order to get sponsored, an enormous amount of information is required which is the broker’s due diligence which they analyze before submitting an application. The App is simple but FINRA gets all questions answered from the broker.

Very few market makers are willing to spend the time. It bodes well IMO that a sponsor is behind DBMM’s 211 .
