There are Rules of Practice which have 7-11 months for a response. Because of the pandemic and all new Commissioners , briefs were requested Jan 2021.

Final brief by MF filed March, 2021. DOE did not file a reply brief.

It is ridiculous to suggest that a response could take “years,” it increases every time a post is made! Why?

The Company is awaiting completion of the 211 review with FINRA. Once concluded the CE will be removed.

Thereafter, IMO, expedited options would be sought now that SEC hearings have been reinstated post -pandemic. SEC Hearings are open to the public as was the case in March, 2019 before Judge Foelak . The Company Management with MF appeared . The Dismissal was forthcoming thereafter Nov 12,2019.
