The 211 is not a public document.
Think about it , no FINRA filings as Corporate Documents available to the public.
No broker sponsored documents are public. In order to get sponsored, an enormous amount of information is required which is the broker’s due diligence which they analyze before submitting an application. The App is simple but FINRA gets all questions answered from the broker.
ALSO - would not be in SEC Filing if had not been done as documents would be cleared by auditor. Is in 3Q2022 as previously posted the quoted extract.
Very few market makers are willing to spend the time. It bodes well IMO that a sponsor is behind DBMM’s 211. There are few brokers in US who will sponsor 211 applications, because of the responsibility and amount of work and due diligence associated with sponsorship. No sniping takes away from the gravitas of the sponsor.
