Yes, famous quote....IMO, he was talking about the science and the application of the AVXL-A2-73 MOA...to a broader base of pathology & CNS indications.. Lets not constrain our thinking if we do not need to. That is the message to the FDA right now. AT LEAST, LOOK OUTSIDE THE BOX.

It's about the BREAKTHROUGH THINKING that this MOA presents....IMO.
