Sam was UNRG CEO immediately prior to Guinn. While he was CEO he merged his company Rigworx into UNRG. At that time Rigworx held assets which were subject to a lawsuit in Lincoln County Oklahoma. Later UNRG spit those assets out to another Sam company, after which Sam was longer CEO but owned the large block of shares in UNRG. But UNRG is still in the suit. I think this narrative is correct. Understanding the relationships between the CEOs and companies is important.

Also, I thought Sam’s shares in UNRG are now unrestricted. Maybe I’m wrong; check on the SEC paperwork.
