Back in February 2021 when Alpeter left the company, there was a random $430K+ in cash which he took as his compensation of the company, immediately there after, James Katzaroff took over the company and tried raising $500,000. Without going into the fine tooth and comb, he was only able to raise $135,900 of the $500,000, currently that looked like it was used to pay down some notes that were coming due. I would expect Katzaroff and his buddies would take a salary at some point but I honestly do not see what you are saying here. Since Alpeter left, there hasnt been a ton of free cash in the company other than what JK raised.
