Part of it. My guess is they will raise cash too. With only 330K shares outstanding it would seem possible they increase to 1M shares outstanding and raise $12M. Gives them $20M runway with only $18M market cap. So at $18/share still trading below cash value.

With bolstered balance sheet and share price safely above minimums they can up-list, giving shares opportunity to better trade and retail (eventually) institutional investors step in.

Once they get their affairs in order they can start revealing (news) about what company has been doing.
