Appropriately 9.7M of the C shares are still available as of June 30th. They may not be sold until after the journal article which could be a prerequisite to the JV. I will admit when creating my own timelines, as I do often, it can be upsetting when I disappoint myself. Though we remain heading in the right direction with time for my best case scenarios to still occur this year.
