The seeming incompetence is paradoxically an argument for their success. Like, no company would have so few contracts over so many years, right? It would take an inordinate amount of disregard to literally do so little with so much. Therefore, it must not be so. Therefore, they must have been working behind the scenes for all this time, playing 11th dimensional chess to bring to fruition a mind-blowing contract of extraordinary size. Surely. Right?
