As expected this “Series C” was just a way to overcome the share cap and Fife’s deal terms. They will be diluting us until the cows come home because they have no f@&$+*^ idea what they are doing. They won’t call an ASM for fear of villagers showing up with their pitch forks. This board needs to be replaced with one that will hold mgmt accountable for their ineptitude. Instead they spend money on keyboard warriors to defend their reputation online. A joke
