Terry update:

I am paraphrasing - getting close but taking longer than he would want, financials almost done and will go to auditor and 15c2-11 after auditor completes review. Has had discussions with companies that may want to partner up. He still needs to hold info close to the vest.

Financials + auditor +15c2-11 + smart city/road discussions =
