Sharp is already trying to gain control of EVLI CURRENTLY with his court case which he recently quietly reopened and his recently sent letter to Blankenship.

Sharp is not seeking EVLI custodianship through the courts any longer. His letter to Blankenship, 2 months ago, clearly demonstrates that. The lack of any new court filings confirms it.

It also coincides with EVLI’s motion to dismiss that Sharp didn’t object to.


Desperate EVLI shareholders have been "imploring" Sharp to "resume" litigation for custody. He clearly states he is against doing that.

It is also silly for anyone to think that Sharp is negotiating with EVLI when his public statement clearly says that he would only take custody of EVLI in an unconditional surrender from Blankenship.

Unconditional surrender literally means there will be no negotiating.

Sharp gracefully exits the EVLI picture, leaving the blame for EVLI’s failure at Blankenship’s feet, while focusing his time on GVSI.
