Recall that the major operators were originally trying to steal everything. Nothing for P’s and Q’s and only those with minimum of $2 million worth of H’s would have participated in the reorganized entity. They got caught and had to give us a piece of the new company, in return we released. We got the shares, end of story. What makes one believe that the same operators who parted with small fraction of shares with such great difficulty wound now distribute tens of billions of dollars to us without a fight. The money was stolen, it’s gone. Nothing more is coming back. No one on the EC believes anything is coming back.
