There were two companies selected by the FDA in the Pain Therapy category:

Thermotek - Vascular Therm System, Compression/Temperature Therapy

CognifiSense, Inc. - Virtual Reality Neuropsychological Therapy (VRNT)

No one failed in the FDA Opioid Challenge, even billion $$$ Pfizer who entered and was not one of the 8 companies selected.
