This latest Xeriant pre-recorded promotional, mis-informing the public it was to be a 'press conference', sure did get many parties together under a single connected Xeriant voice, XTI Aircraft included. Either they're all pulling a long-play scam play or they intend their tease to develop into a real partnership and Xeriant a real company.
The optics of placement of a U.S. and a state flag on each side of presenters, all reading their scripts, Duffy sooo (not) excited about "legacy companies" he screwed-up reading his lines, made this fake 'press conference' look like a banana republic propaganda campaign.
It was really weird. Just like a scam, in fact. They sure like to keep everyone guessing.

There has been some bullshit about the presentation limited by their lawyers; if so, then don't do a press conference.
In particular don't do a press conference that was not actually a press conference, one that did not deliver to provide what they promised to provide: recent positive developments information as prior lead-up press releases promised it would be.

They did not REVEAL the TRUTH, and now LONGS are playing that same, 'it's coming' game.
A pre-recorded no-interaction 'press conference' that provided no updates that they promised they would provide. Updates and 'Truth Revealed' that would be not as already announced via prior press releases... which this fake press conference wound-up being.

Except the add of yet another tease of a Letter if Intent to sell Retacell construction boards; yet one more non-definitive deal between Xeriant and another company that Duffy and crew can later add to their 'abandoned that' roster.

That doesn't sound scammy, now does it? Selling Retacell not to Europe, Asia, or the United States, but in Africa where Western and China countries have been adept in degrading African countries' peoples and land, circumventing regulations, leaving environment and socio-economic ruin, etc.
We were led-on and mis-informed by Xeriant mngt about Retacell sales in the United States.
First through Xeriant Europe s.r.o. The TRUTH REVEAL was supposed to inform us what happened there, what happened to Xeriant Europe, where did it go and in relation to Xeriant Inc. And, how did Xeriant instead score direct deal with Movychem that completely circumvented Xeriant Europe.
The TRUTH REVEAL press conference was supposed to inform us about the Xeriant Movychem Joint Venture. Xeriant paid a paltry $25,000 per month, yet has just a few months left to raise greater than $3M to ay Movychem $2M for the Ebenberg, LLC Retacell JV Agreement to even been valid.
Yet, they're already selling us on selling Retacell before the deal has even closed.
As to the exclusive marketing and sales of Retacell in the United States, now smart LONGS have given-up attention to Retacell sales in the United States, for sales of Retacell in Africa... somewhere Yet additional continued suggestive scamminess.
A reasonable determination is that: The TRUTH REVEAL is clearly never coming.
