Question. To file with the OTC one has to fi file a simple five page document to get access. George Sharp tweeted they filed for access last Summer. He is now stating he has to refile.
Are there any reasons they would deny access?
I may be wrong but the paperwork is pretty simple and straightforward. I do not see anything that they need from the SEC or any other agency to get access.
