I have occasionally been checking on their patent because I think their inability to go to market was because none of the technology they plan to sell involves any of their approved patents (the generator tech could be added but they hadn't done that because they didn't have funds to do that). So if it started to look like that patent had any chance of approval I would have taken another look at WARM.

This morning I found their patent on mobile generation has been abandoned.

Select the Documents and Transactions item on the left and you can see they tried to extend the deadline but messed up and didn't get that started in time. If they decide to fix that mistake it will take about 3 months of paperwork and waiting. I feel if they had meaningful response to the previous final rejection they wouldn't of waited to the last minute to submit a response (they have 6 months). Also on the Documents and Transactions page you can access the 57 page rejection.

FYI, the patent office consolidated all their databases and have a new website. That makes it so someone can provide a link that takes someone directly to the desired page. Long time coming!!
