Good Morning bb. In regards to ARSN, I have to admit that Dickson is a smooth operator. (Uncle Dickey)
He kept any posting about the R/S quiet, until just a few days before the "D" hit that ticker.
We normally at least see the state filing a month or so before they even file with FINRA. But this time, FINRA completed the processing less than a week after the state filing got posted to Nv.

A sure sign that the debate has been won:
When the response is an attack against the other person.
