I wonder if the vaccine could actually have benefits in Alzheimer's. At City of Hope they've recently found that in treating leukemia with stem cells they actually cured a patient with HIV. My leukemia treatment did cure a fungus toenail that I'd tried other treatments for. I don't recommend it, but sometimes treating one thing has benefits in others.
