At the request of the SIFMA Corporate Actions Forum Reorganizations Committee, the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) will be extending the input cutoff in SMART/Track for CNS Corporate Actions (“CNR” product) for a voluntary offer being supported in CNS from 12:00 PM ET to 2:30 PM ET on the last day of the protect period (or CNS End Date). Note that there will be no extensions given after the 2:30 PM deadline. The anticipated go-live date will be September 9, 2022.

We are on schedule Please read for our settlement. We should still be the first bucket of cash before. We are on schedule. We will never know 100% but it sure looks like the system being used and there is so much $$$$$, it would be a good way to distribute the settlement.

Remember the filing with the DTCC on July 18th. The last date for all clients to submit the tested record is on September 6th, the last Tuesday of the 8 weeks of July 18th filing.

18th, 25th, Aug 1st, 8th, 15th, 22th, 29th, Sep 6th day after Labor Day all good dates. But because I believe we were already tested during the 4th weekend I pick Sep 6. What date do you chose???????
