I said (half) a week, not half a week semantics.

One, what’s a few million?

Senti said "Yes I do think that a smallish number of them have been sold." to which I responded to, so I take that as a few million US, but I will even say that $10 million in shares at the open will be CHEAPER given ok let's say max 2 weeks time than paying a premium.

I don’t believe that many trade in half a week depending on your measurement.

I have no idea what you are trying to tell me here.

Two, am I correct in noting that the flaw in your analysis is that this one buyer would have to be **the only buyer** on those days, otherwise you just doubled the daily amount being purchased in your scenario but with no corresponding price increase

Again not a clue what you are saying here. Ofcourse someone buying at the open would not be the only one, there are retailers buying and selling every day. No idea what point you are trying to make here. Otherwise, you would double the daily amount nope no idea.

The point is anyone buying for let's say $10 million would be better off at the open market over a good course of time (max 2 weeks) than paying a premium to Northwest.
