I get the feeling Sharp and Blankenship are negotiating behind the scenes. Besides the letter to Blankenship which proves that Sharp is interested in EVLI, the court case hasn't had any updates to the docket since the letter.

All the false information saying that Sharp is not interested in EVLI turned out to be just that - FALSE!

Sharp re-opened his custodianship case against EVLI on May 10th. Blankenship then tried to dismiss the case (his lawyer's last motion before he quit) but Sharp objected to Blankenship's motion to dismiss.

Blankenship is caught between a rock and a hard place since he can't afford a lawyer. Two of Blankenship's lawyers have left back to back (the last one lasted less than a month) because they weren't paid by Blankenship. The judge has already warned Blankenship about him not having a lawyer in the past. Sharp even tweeted about the warning and having to reschudule a hearing because Blankenship showed up to a hearing without a lawyer.

Today's Court Order to Show Cause why $EVLI has not secured counsel proceeded with Mark Blankenship appearing from the front seat of his car & begging for mercy. When the judge asked why $EVLI had not complied with the court order to secure counsel, he gave a number of excuses.

The last news we heard was Sharp's letter to Blankenship.

Nothing has been heard since Blankenship received the letter. There also have been no entries to the court docket since the letter. That makes me think Sharp and Blankenship are negotiating with Sharp being in a position of strength.
