Cutting back the Sales Force in Germany is the result of Germany's new Austerity Program in which no new drugs within the initial "Free-Pricing" window was reimbursed in Q1 or Q2 and continues indefinitely. Also, a new Bill before the Parliament will reduce the 12-month Free-Pricing window from 12 to 6 months retroactively. Thus, no need for a Sales Force until all this shakes out.
