I believe that you're right on the money. Also, if a BP were looking to get a partnership with NWBO this could be the vehicle that allowed that to happen at a substantial premium to the current stock price. As soon as the partnership were announced the stock would rise to essentially the price the BP was valuing the stock at.

I believe we're early for this happening, but after many of the things you're mentioning becoming public knowledge, and the stock rising substantially, this could be the vehicle that takes it far higher and establishes the equity partnership with a BP that many of us believe could be best for building the company.
